I had a hard day, as I learned upon checking the news this morning that there was an attack on the Jewish community at a Hanukkah celebration in New York.  Not only did the attacker target the adults who were celebrating, but his intent was to attack the children who were in the synagogue nearby.  Just imagine, children who probably don't understand yet that there are people out there who want to hunt them based on the religion they were born into.

Take a stand against antisemitism.  Don't be a bystander.

Tonight, I will display my candles without fear.  The anti-semites will not intimidate me.  I will not let them.

Well, I had a very unusual Christmas, in which my middle finger became the Grinch, but it is on the mend.
To make a long story short, my finger turned green and swelled up, due to some sort of bacterial infection that started in the cuticle.

Also, I assisted someone trying to take a whole bunch of food out to their van.  If everyone tried to do nice things, as much as they could, the world would be a much better place.

Eddie Murphy returned to SNL this week, and his skits are receiving millions of views on Youtube.  Pretty much the saving grace of my week.

Sharon Van Etten played an organic version of "Seventeen" on late night TV this week that is worth posting about.

A fun new Hanukkah song in a world where Hanukkah songs are a dime a dozen.

He's impeached, but he's still in office.  Let's not get too excited yet! In the meantime, a new Kali Uchis video.

I saw it for the first time on CNN.com at 12:10PM on 12/13/2019.  Committee backs Trump's impeachment.  We'll see what happens from here!
