I reached the one year mark at my job.  I think overall it was a switch for me that made sense.  I am not performing physical feats at this job, like transporting loads of pallets stacked high with extremely heavy stuff, but I am dealing with people all the time, with loads of information that I need to keep up with.  

I've been there from the beginning with the Arcade Fire.  I remember picking up their first album when it first came out, my freshman year of college, not knowing who they were, or that they would become one of the most loved bands of our era.
