It's the Jewish New Year.  And, well, this is from my aunt Belle.  May it be sweet for all.

I'm not too cool to admit I listened to Raffi as a kid.  Now he's on board with fighting climate change. 

So, it seems that people are finally getting serious about impeaching our president, with the offense being his calls to Ukraine in an effort to persuade their leaders to investigate possible 2020 election opponent Joe Biden and his son (and hinting at dangling military aid, etc, from them in exchange for information).  So he is basically tampering with the election.  

My only question is, why does it suddenly seem so easy, after all the b.s. we put up with from him?



In the meantime, some new music.

Despite the band name that cost them tour dates at some Christian-affiliated colleges, the New Pornographers have consistently been bread and butter indie rock for me.  

Whether you like her or not, we can't seem to ignore sixteen year old climate activist Greta Thunberg.  I know some people are listening, and others will just call her "mentally ill." Personally, I'm on the side that is listening.
